This custom tumbler can be any thing you heart desires, lets work together to make the perfect tumbler for you or your loved ones. Custom tumblers make the perfect gifts, surprise your gift recipient with a personalized one of a kind gift that matches their interests.

Includes lid and most styles also include a straw. Base price includes one decal that will be sealed. Decal can be a name, other words or sayings, free clipart, etc. Additional decals or intricate decals will incur additional cost. 

All tumblers are made to order and are unique just for you! The process takes up to 1-2  months to complete and the protective coating to fully cure. Estimate ship date will be communicated to you soon after ordering. This will depend on my current order queue. Payment is due up front due to customization. These are handmade items and may have some minor imperfections.

All cups are handmade and sealed with an FDA compliant protective epoxy coating. Since the tumblers are hand made no two will be exactly alike and there will be slight variations. Please remember that slight imperfections must be expected when purchasing a handmade item. But please note I take ever effort to make every cup beautiful, as I want you to be able to enjoy your product as much as I would.

Epoxied tumblers provide a nice smooth and durable glass-like finish and with proper care can last a very long time. The coating is very durable, but it can crack if the cup is dropped. 

Care instructions:

** Not Dishwasher safe
** Hand wash only
** Do not soak cup in water
** Not microwave safe
** Do not use abrasive cleaners and/or sponges 
** Avoid leaving in a hot car for extended periods of time

Shipping charge is calculated based on mailing address and order weight. All sales are final, this is a custom item and work is started on it within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Once your item is received you must contact me within 48 hours to let me know if there was damage during the shipping process. I check the cups over multiple times as well as take pictures of them prior to shipping. After that 48 hours there will be no replacement issued. If there is damage, I will need to receive pictures of the shipping box and the damaged cup to file a claim. Please send those to StarLuxeDesignsCo@gmail.com.
